Baby Rattles Cupcakes
Hosting a baby shower for a
family member or a close friend? Of course, the theme is all about
babies. Incorporate the theme into the menu by baking baby rattles
cupcakes. Cupcakes are a favorite because they are portable, contained
within a cupcake liner and because of the endless decorating options.
Assemble the needed
ingredients., The recipes calls for: 1 (18.25 ounces) box of yellow
cake mix, 1 ¼ cups water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 1 (16 ounce)
container of vanilla or creamy white frosting, yellow and green
decorating icings, candy sprinkles/decors, 8 yards of either pastel
satin or curling ribbon ( ¼ inch), 24 lollipop sticks and 24 small
gumdrops.
Follow the directions on the
cake box for cupcakes. Allow the cupcakes to cool for 30 minutes. Now
the fun of decorating begins. Frost the cooled cupcakes with white
frosting. Carefully, pipe designs on the cupcakes. Poke a hole in the
side of each cupcake and tie a ribbon bow in the center of the lollipop
stick. Add the gumdrop to the end of the stick. Finally, insert the
open end into the side of the cupcake. A beautiful baby rattle cupcake
is so easy to make!
